NURS3310: Reflection Journal This Reflection Journal demonstrates my understanding and competence of Domain 6: Interprofessional Partnerships, because I have experience with effectively collaborating with members of the healthcare team to provide safe, patient centered care. Through a tough situation, I was able to pinpoint what went wrong in the interprofessional communication and how it could be improved.
